Against The Grain Chocolate Chip and Hazelnut Cookies
INGREDIENTS: Gluten free flour (rice flour, potato starch, buckwheat flour, maize flour), rice syrup, hazelnuts, almonds, palm oil, sugar, rice flour, dark chocolate.
It’s been a bit of a day here at Allergy Towers so a biscuit or two was exactly what I needed. These cookies have a pleasant buttery taste with just the right amount of sugar hit. Unfortunately, they have that strange crispy texture that gluten free foods often have. I am not sure that this adds much to the existing range of gluten and dairy free biscuits, unless it is important to you that they are soya free, organic or vegan.
