Le Veneziane tagliatelle

Ingredients – corn flour, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.

Good quality, but expensive Italian pasta.

Bionita gluten free gnocchi (Tomato flavour)

Gnocchi Ingredients – rehydrated potato, corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, tomato, rice flour, salt, lactic acid, sorbic acid.

These are just like regular gnocchi. I couldn’t really taste the tomato at all, but it did colour the gnocchi a pleasant pale red.

I ate the gnocchi with Zest vegan pesto and Veganamigo pizza cheese (and a cup of tea because I am British).  I can honestly say that I did not miss the gluten or the animal products at all.
